Welcome!The Iowa Behavioral Health Association (IBHA), a private, not-for-profit corporation, is a trade association representing provider organizations throughout Iowa that provide substance abuse, mental health, and/or problem gambling health care services to their communities. The Association was established in the early 1970s as the Iowa Substance Abuse Program Directors’ Association. Its membership has grown to nearly 40 private, not-for-profit organizations providing behavioral healthcare services in Iowa.
